Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Sabio handles personal information collected through the public website, emails sent to us, and the Google-hosted Get Started inquiry form. Information processed later under a signed property-management relationship may involve additional systems, disclosures, and contract-specific notices. This policy is not a substitute for those arrangements.
Information you provide
When you contact us or complete an inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, property address or location, property characteristics, current rental operations, and other information you choose to share. We may also receive subsequent correspondence and records of our communications. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, identification numbers, or other highly sensitive data through general inquiries.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, the hosting provider and supporting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and secure pages, including IP addresses, browser or device information, pages requested, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. The specific information and retention periods depend on the hosting service used. This website also loads Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to connect to Google to retrieve font files.
Browser privacy signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. The current website does not operate a Sabio-controlled cross-site advertising tracker. How browser privacy signals are handled by any hosting or third-party services will be confirmed before the site goes live, and this disclosure will be updated if needed.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate whether Sabio may be a fit for a property; communicate about requested services; coordinate next steps if you choose to proceed; maintain reasonable business records; operate, troubleshoot, and secure the Site and communications; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not treat an inquiry as permission to publish your property information.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Google Workspace for business email and Google Forms to collect owner inquiries. Information submitted through the Google-hosted form is processed using Google services and made available to Sabio so we can review and respond to your inquiry. Our website hosting provider may process technical information associated with visits to the site. We may share information with service providers as reasonably necessary to operate these services, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information submitted through owner inquiries.
Marketing and advertising
The current website does not include a Sabio-operated advertising pixel or cross-site behavioral advertising program. If we introduce analytics, advertising technologies, or additional cookies, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices or notices before using them.
Retention
We keep inquiry and correspondence information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, administer our business, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies depending on the information and the systems involved.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold about you or request correction or deletion. We will evaluate and respond in accordance with applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You can choose not to submit an inquiry, although we then may be unable to respond to your request. Any statutory privacy rights apply where their legal conditions are met.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical precautions appropriate to our services, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please avoid sending credentials or highly sensitive information through ordinary email or public forms. If you receive a request that appears to seek account passwords or payment information on Sabio’s behalf, verify it through our published contact address.
Children's Privacy
Sabio's website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it in accordance with applicable law.
External services and links
When you use a Google-hosted form or follow links to other websites, those services may collect information under their own privacy notices. Review the relevant provider notices before sharing information.
Updates
We may update this policy as our website, services, or data practices change. We will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
