Sabio was founded by Xica Camarata after six years of managing her own short-term rental and seeing firsthand how much of a property’s operation can live in the owner’s head—the recurring questions, small details, coordination, and knowledge that keeps everything running.
That experience shaped Sabio’s approach: learn the property deeply, organize what would otherwise live with the owner, and use that knowledge to manage the day-to-day—so the owner doesn’t have to remain at the center of everything.
